Our International Graduate Programme (IGP) is your chance to make an impact from day one. You will be exposed to:

An Induction Programme – A one week corporate induction will be organized prior to the commencement of your first placement in September 2012
International Experiences – Three international placements, each lasting six months
Career Development – A world-class training and support programme allowing you to manage your own career development
Skills Development – You will gain functional skills, in addition to unique exposure to different cultures and ways of working

Ideally you will need:

A degree – or about to graduate (preferably a Masters),
Be advised that if you are considering applying for Supply Chain that you will need to have a science or engineering background,
Up to two years of relevant work experience in your chosen function, with at least 6 months gained outside your home country,
To speak at least three languages; one of which should be English and any other two (with preference for European languages),
A desire to live and work abroad,
To have proven leadership skills,
To have an affinity with your chosen field of specialisation,
To have genuine interest in other countries and cultures,
To be able to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed,
A driving licence.

GSK Trainee Program

„GSK Trainee Program” are doua componente:
– GSK Sales Talent Programme – Bucuresti
– Porneste la drum cu GSK – Brasov si Bucuresti

Programul GSK Sales Talent se va desfasura pe parcursul a 6 luni in Bucuresti si include un program de pregatire complex, creat pentru dezvoltarea abilitatilor necesare construirii unei cariere de vanzari in GSK.

Vei avea oportunitatea de a dezvolta si implementa proiecte intr-unul sau mai multe din urmatoarele arii: Marketing, Excelenta comerciala, Relatii Publice, Sanatate publica, Financiar.

Pe toata perioada programului vei beneficia de coaching / mentoring oferit de experti, precum si de feedback periodic din partea managerului tau direct.

In urma evaluarii performantei tale si a rezultatelor obtinute in cele 6 luni petrecute în GSK, ti se va oferi oportunitatea de a te alatura echipei noastre de vanzari in Bucuresti, in calitate de reprezentant medical.

Daca vrei sa iti dezvolti o cariera in vanzari in Bucuresti si ai absolvit recent una din urmatoarele specializari : Farmacie, Medicina, Stomatologie, Chimie, Studii Economice, sau urmezi cursurile unui program de masterat / alte studii postuniversitare atunci te invitam sa aplici la programul GSK Sales Talent.

Porneste la drum cu GSK se desfasoara pe parcursul unui an in fabrica GSK din Brasov sau in sediul GSK Consumer Healthcare din Bucuresti si iti ofera oportunitatea sa intelegi cum functioneaza o companie farmaceutica multinationala.

Anul de traineeship va cuprinde o perioada de o luna de pregatire în toate departamentele fabricii noastre din Brasov sau in Bucuresti , urmata de unsprezece luni de activitate în care vei  acumula experienta în aria pentru care ai fost selectat(a).

Dupa aceasta perioada, in functie de performanta si rezultatele tale, dar si de nevoile de business,  poti fi angajat pe o pozitie in una din urmatoarele arii:

  •    pentru Fabrica: Productie, Calitate, Tehnic si investitii, Excelenta Operationala;
  •    pentru Consumer Helathcare: Comercial,  Finante, Logistica.

Daca esti motivat sa iti dezvolti o cariera in in unul din domeniile de mai sus si ai absolvit recent una din urmatoarele specializari : Farmacie, Chimie, Inginerie (Tehnologia Constructiilor de Masini, Electronica), Stiinte Economice, Medicina, Stomatologie sau urmezi cursurile unui program de masterat / alte studii postuniversitare atunci te invitam sa aplici la programul de traineeshipPorneste la drum cu GSK.

De ce merita sa te inscrii la proiectul Top Talents Romania?

Mai jos gasesti descrise lucrurile pe care ti le ofera Top Talents pe masura ce inaintezi in procesul de selectie.

  • Daca treci de primul pas de selectie al programului (evaluarea formularului de aplicare) vei primi o invitatie de a face o testare psihometrica gratuita folosind instrumentele cut-e (www.cut-e.com) ale caror rezultate iti vor fi trimise gratuit pe email. In acest fel vei descoperi lucruri noi despre tine, vei afla care sunt punctele tale forte si ce genuri de joburi/activitati iti sunt recomandate, dar si care sunt punctele tale mai slabe si care sunt activitatile concrete pe care le poti intreprinde pentru a ti le dezvolta mai bine pe viitor. Toate acestea folosind unul dintre cele mai recunoscute instrumente de testari online din Europa si nu un test oarecare pe internet.
  • Daca ajungi in etapa finala a proiectului, vei avea acces la conferinta Top Talents Days. Timp de 2 zile te invitam alaturi de cei mai buni 300 de tineri talentati la o serie de conferinte si workshopuri gandite special sa-ti ofere o serie de instrumente care sa te ajute sa-ti valorifici potentialul la maxim. Programul de Trainee pentru Absolventi – Bergenbier

BERGENBIER SA, parte a Grupului STARBEV, produce si comercializeaza bere pe piata romaneasca din 1994, avand aproximativ 600 de angajati, o retea de distributie nationala si cea mai moderna fabrica producatoare de bere din cadrul grupului StarBev, la Ploiesti, cu un sistem avansat de management al calitatii, al securitatii in munca si al mediului.

Bergenbier prezinta primul an al Programului Trainee cu focus pe domeniul comercial. Candidatul ales in urma acestui program va avea oportunitatea sa invete si sa experimenteze afacerea berii in cadrul uneia din cele mai mari companii de bere din Romania, Bergenbier, parte a Grupului StarBev.

Cerinte
– Diploma de masterat (preferabil) cu specializarea in Economie

– Competente de limba engleza (nivel avansat)

The program is built as an interactive journey on pillars (phases), designed to attract (BIG), develop (BOOST), filter and recruit (BORN) talents with cross-functional abilities out of universities undergraduates.

What is each phase all about?

1. BIG – Business Institute for future Graduates:
Will take place in Bucharest HQ Snacks + On the Field + Factories, will be sustained by an Internal Training Team, the Booster Coach Team, which will perform functional training sessions for the selected students and will organize & conduct workshops by assessing at the same time the participants and choosing the best of them at the end of the Institute.

2. BOOST – Building Opportunities by Ongoing Sustaining Talent (Summer Internship Program)
The 3 month actual internship will take place in Bucharest HQ, designed for interns with cross functional abilities (the ones filtered in the first stage (BIG)) taking them through a journey of understanding the business and getting cross functional exposure. Interns will be hired on determined period contract and will receive the salary of an entry level in PepsiCo.

3. BORN (Building On Boarding for the Recruited Newcomers)
Another 1 month period in which the newly Recruited Best Interns get further familiarized with the organization, by going through a Structured On boarding Program.

* The Company does not guarantee employment at the end of the Program. The employment is subject to entry level openings available at that time. If there is no opening available when the program ends, the winner will become part of the preferential candidates pool and will be contacted when an entry level job becomes open.

The best part about it is that it was created like a competition though offering the participants the opportunity to gain something whatever the phase they reach is.
