Programul de Trainee pentru Absolventi – Bergenbier

BERGENBIER SA, parte a Grupului STARBEV, produce si comercializeaza bere pe piata romaneasca din 1994, avand aproximativ 600 de angajati, o retea de distributie nationala si cea mai moderna fabrica producatoare de bere din cadrul grupului StarBev, la Ploiesti, cu un sistem avansat de management al calitatii, al securitatii in munca si al mediului.

Bergenbier prezinta primul an al Programului Trainee cu focus pe domeniul comercial. Candidatul ales in urma acestui program va avea oportunitatea sa invete si sa experimenteze afacerea berii in cadrul uneia din cele mai mari companii de bere din Romania, Bergenbier, parte a Grupului StarBev.

What is each phase all about?

1. BIG – Business Institute for future Graduates:
Will take place in Bucharest HQ Snacks + On the Field + Factories, will be sustained by an Internal Training Team, the Booster Coach Team, which will perform functional training sessions for the selected students and will organize & conduct workshops by assessing at the same time the participants and choosing the best of them at the end of the Institute.

2. BOOST – Building Opportunities by Ongoing Sustaining Talent (Summer Internship Program)
The 3 month actual internship will take place in Bucharest HQ, designed for interns with cross functional abilities (the ones filtered in the first stage (BIG)) taking them through a journey of understanding the business and getting cross functional exposure. Interns will be hired on determined period contract and will receive the salary of an entry level in PepsiCo.

3. BORN (Building On Boarding for the Recruited Newcomers)
Another 1 month period in which the newly Recruited Best Interns get further familiarized with the organization, by going through a Structured On boarding Program.

* The Company does not guarantee employment at the end of the Program. The employment is subject to entry level openings available at that time. If there is no opening available when the program ends, the winner will become part of the preferential candidates pool and will be contacted when an entry level job becomes open.

If you are still in the game in the second phase, BOOST (the actual Internship) amongst the chosen students, you get a paid summer job in a multinational, the chance to work with professionals and have lots of fun throughout a fully flavored 3 months experience. Angajatori de Top 2011

In perioada 8-9 aprilie 2011, la Sala Palatului, va avea loc cea de-a zecea editie a targului de joburi Angajatori de TOP. La eveniment vor participa peste 90 de companii, iar in cele doua zile de targ, tinerii profestionisti, studentii, masteranzii si proaspat absolventii vor avea posibilitatea sa aplice pentru unul dintre cele 2250 de joburi. In functie de industriile reprezentate la targul de cariera Angajatori de Top 34% dintre companiile participante sunt din industria IT&C, 15% din FMCG, 14% din BPO, 13% din Inginerie, 8% din Consultanta si Audit, alte industrii reprezentate sunt financiar-bancar, retail, media si publicitate.

Din punct de vedere al domeniilor cel mai bine reprezentate la editia din acesta primavara Angajatori de TOP, IT&C se mentine pe primul loc, urmat de customer service, finante-banci/contabilitate, vanzari, inginerie si resurse umane. In cadrul targului de cariera vor fi disponibile 30-40 de programe de internship si trainee, in medie cu cate 7 pozitii deschise pentru fiecare dintre ele.

Companiile participante la eveniment sunt leaderi in domeniul lor de activitate, iar printre cele care vor participa la editia de pe 8-9 aprilie putem mentiona:

Cele peste 2250 de oportunitati de cariera sunt adresate candidatiilor cu experienta, studentilor, proaspat absolventilor si masteranzilor, iar printre joburile disponibile sunt atat pozitii entry level, mid-level cat si senior. Una dintre companiile cu planuri de recrutare pentru aceasta primavara este Deloitte care urmareste sa angajeze „intre 50-60 pozitii entry-level si 20-30 pozitii pentru auditori sau consultanti cu experienta. Specializarile pentru care compania Deloitte angajeaza pe pozitii entry level pana la sfarsitul anului 2011 sunt Audit, Consultanta fiscala, Servicii Legale,  insa in functie de evolutia proiectelor pot aparea oportunitati si in alte arii” a declarat Silviu Badescu, Deloitte.

De asemenea, companiile din industriilor IT&C care participa la Angajatori de TOP in acesta primavara au anuntat planuri ambitioase de recrutare. “Odata cu preluarea ITC Networks de catre Luxoft, una din companiile de varf din domeniul outsourcing-ului in IT, proiectele noastre s-au diversificat de la proiecte exclusiv in domeniul telecomunicatiilor, la proiecte de dezvoltare software pentru servicii financiare, automotive, industria aeronautica. In 2011 intentionam sa angajam peste 200 de specialisti cu competente in C/C++, Java, .Net, Oracle, networking, in procent de 25% juniori, 45% mid-level si 30% seniori” a declarat Monica Vierita, HR&Operations Manager,  Luxoft Romania.

Profilul candidatului cautat de companiile care participa la Angajatori de TOP este reprezentat de tinerii profesionisti cu experienta relevanta si pasionati de domeniile: consultanta, audit, IT&C, outsourcing, FMCG, financiar-bancar, inginerie si media, care cunosc cel putin o limba straina de circulatie europeana. “Cautam persoane cu profil tehnic, pentru a lucra pe proiecte de dezvoltare software (in special cu cunostinte de Java, C++ sau Oracle), de testare, sau de suport tehnic  hardware si software. Limba engleza este obligatorie pentru toate posturile pe care le propunem, iar pentru unele dintre ele se cere si o a doua limba straina (germana, franceza, italiana, spaniola)” a declarat Gheorghe Pasc, General Manager InCrys.

“Recrutam atat profesionisti din domeniul financiar-bancar pasionati de piete de capital cat si specialisti in domeniul tehnic orientati catre dezvoltare si suport software.  In urmatoarele luni ne dorin sa crestem numarul angajatilor cu aproximativ 30%, insa procentul  se poate schimba in functie de strategiile stabilite la nivel global. Momentan, sunt in jur de 60 de pozitii insa numarul poate creste”, a declarat Misys Romania.

Tinerii profesionisti care isi doresc o cariera in cadrul companiei Delaco trebuie sa fie „pasionati de meseria aleasa, cu o buna orientare catre clienti, bune abilitati de comunicare, dorinta de dezvoltare personala si profesionala, spirit de echipa si initiativa” a declarat Rodica Stirbu, HR Manager, Delaco.

Targul de cariera Angajatori de TOP va fi deschis vineri, 8 aprilie in intervalul orar 10.00-18.00 si sambata, 9 aprilie intre 10.00-17.00
